Joanne Blinco is a social worker with a BSW with a focus on Frist Nations and feminist practice. She was a worker for 30 years for the Ministry of Child and Family Service. As a family outreach worker and child protection worker with an emphasis on rural and remote communities. She has done elder abuse case management in Lethbridge. She is currently the A/Executive Director managing, meetings with case managers, grant funding, partnerships, the day-to-day operations.
